By the resolution of the Parliament of Mongolia of 19 October 2017, H.E. Mr. Bat-Erdene Jadamba, member of the Parliament of Mongolia has been appointed as the Minister of Road and Transport Development of Mongolia.

Minister Bat-Erdene Jadamba is a highly experienced transport specialist with extensive background knowledge of the transport sector of Mongolia as he previously acted in the capacities as the General Director of the government implementing agency-Department of Road Transport from 2000 to 2004, State Secretary of the Ministry of Road, Transport and Tourism from 2007 to 2008, State Secretary of the Ministry of Road, Transport, Construction and Urban Development from 2008 to 2012. He was elected as a member of Parliament of Mongolia in 2016 from Bulgan Province /aimag/ of Mongolia.
